Join Dr. Cathy, trip coordinator Pina Reid, and a small group of guest in beautiful Puglia Italy during October of 2025.
We will leave on October 3rd (evening flight arrive in Italy on 10/4), enjoy the wonders of the Italian Coast for 8 days and then return home on October 12th, 2025.
This is a small group limited to 12 guests along with Pina and Cathy.
An 8-night stay at a charming Boutique B&B across from the marina in Sorrento.
Breakfast daily
Ground transportation to the hotel in Sorrento from Naples airport and from the hotel to the airport for the return trip to Boston by private drivers
Private driver, transport and admission fee to the town of Pompeii with a hired guide
A full day on the island of Capri by ferry to include a boat ride around the island to admire the dramatic coastline with a stop at The Blue Grotto
A day long coastline visit to the towns of Positano and Ravello with a private driver
A visit to the town of Amalfi by ferry
Cooking class at a local farm including dinner

We will stay at a charming Boutique B&B right across from the marina in Sorrento. The building is a 19th century historical site with a beautiful terrace the looks over the gulf of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius, where breakfast will be served every morning, weather permitting. It is set directly on the bay of a small fishing village away from the crowds but just a short walk away from restaurants and shops.
Sending a special thank you to Cathy and Pina for organizing our amazing trip to Italy! Having never travelled to Europe before, it was indeed the trip of a lifetime. Having a leader that spoke the language was a true bonus! Kudos to Pina! Great meals, tours, shopping, lots of wine, spiritual connections, and meeting wonderful new friends.....what more could one ask for? We are so grateful and appreciative of the efforts made to make the trip so enjoyable. Looking forward to the next one!

My neighbor Pina who I really didn't know that well, told me about how she puts together trips to Italy that are always around a theme. The invitation I received read that it was a Wellness and Sightseeing trip to Tuscany to Nurture your mind, body and soul and it caught my attention.
I was nervous at first going on a trip out of the country with people I didn’t know but it turned out to be the best thing I ever did for myself. I absolutely had the best time ever.
The Villa we stayed at was so unique and beautiful. The whole trip from beginning to end was just perfect. Pina and Cathy had everything planned out to perfection. The trip was incredible and such a beautiful experience from meeting new friends to exploring different towns and touring the countryside.
