The following stipulations outline the contractual agreement between Pina Reid, Cathy Greene (aka Cathy Ripley Greene) and individuals attending the Amalfi; trip from October 3rd-12th, 2025.

Note: Plans are to fly on the 3rd, arrive on the 4th and then fly home on the 12th.

Please note: You will be required to sign a written copy of this agreement and provide the stated deposit to reserve your spot.

Agreements and Stipulations:

• A deposit of $995 is required to hold your spot.

• An additional payment of $2500 is due by April 15th 2025.

• The remaining balance (based on occupancy choice) will be due by June 30th, 2025.

• No refunds will be given after June 1st, 2025; unless you can get someone else to take your place.

• Prior to June 1st, 2025, in the case of a refund, a $125 administrative fee will be charged.

• Please note that neither Pena Reid or Cathy Ripley Greene, will provide cancellation insurance. We strongly suggest that you look into third party cancellation insurance should an emergency arise.

• Airfare is NOT included in this package. You must provide your own transportation to and from Italy.

• You must have a valid passport through 4/15/2025 (6 months post trip).

• Breakfast is included along with classes, accommodations and ground transportation within Italy. There will be only one transportation run to and from the airport in Italy. We will do our best to coordinate this with the flight schedule, however it may be necessary to secure your own transportation between the airport and the villa.

• We reserve the right to change the lodging location should the need arise.

• Gratuities for drivers, waiters and instructors are not included in the package.

• Pina Reid nor Cathy Ripley Greene will not be responsible for any personal injuries, loss of items or loss of life during the trip.

By agreeing to participate in this trip also agree to the above-stated stipulations. As mentioned above, you will be required to sign a written copy of these agreements.
